People Operations Manager (AI)

Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA; Austin, TX; New York, NY; or Seattle, WA (On-site)

Salary: $139,000 – $178,000

What you will do

• Build and scale the people function from scratch to support 10x headcount growth.
• Reinvent people operations by integrating AI into core HR processes.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding, including coordination with IT and Workplace teams.
• Oversee visa and immigration sponsorship processes in partnership with outside counsel.
• Coordinate employee relocations and manage performance management cycles.
• Maintain and evolve the company's leveling and job architecture framework.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco, Austin, New York, or Seattle.
• Proven experience owning end-to-end onboarding or immigration processes.
• Experience navigating high-stakes, deadline-driven administrative processes.
• Background in coordinating relocation or complex logistics involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience running performance management cycles and building leveling frameworks.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage processes with high precision.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Rippling or similar HRIS platforms.
• Experience with multi-country or multi-entity employment administration.
• Background in a regulated industry with high compliance requirements.
