Enterprise Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates outside the domestic U.S. cannot be hired.

Salary: $120,000–$125,000 base salary per year.

What you will do

• Build and maintain MCP servers that expose data platform capabilities and enterprise systems to internal tools and AI workflows.
• Develop internal APIs and programmatically addressable business resources.
• Build lightweight internal web apps and dashboards with Streamlit.
• Develop stateful applications that ensure standard operating procedures are followed in sequence.
• Develop and maintain Python-based automated workflows and pipelines.
• Write clean, well-documented code and contribute to technical quality across the team.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Python experience.
• At least 1 year of full-stack development experience.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship or transfer.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Experience with MCP servers, API frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask, or Streamlit.
• Experience with deterministic LLM programming, including LangChain, UserPromptSubmit, or PostToolUse.
• Experience with OLTP databases, caching technologies, or workflow automation tools such as Airflow, Prefect, or n8n.
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
