Fullstack Software Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Must be based within a commutable distance of San Francisco or New York City.

Salary: $148,000 – $250,000 + Equity

hirify.global is a fintech startup building data and intelligence infrastructure to help businesses verify identities, manage risk, and maintain compliance.

What you will do

• Develop across the full stack including frontend, backend, APIs, and data processors.
• Work with React, Redux, Ruby, Rails, Postgres, and potentially Scala, Python, and Go.
• Collaborate daily with Product Managers, Designers, and Ops to shape product direction.
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to team psychological safety.
• Participate in the hiring and interviewing process for the engineering team.

Requirements

• Must be based within a commutable distance of San Francisco or New York City.
• At least three years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
• Experience with a couple of the languages in the current stack (React, Redux, Ruby, Rails, Postgres).
• Background in a high-growth, venture-backed startup or founder experience.
• Understanding of SaaS business fundamentals and how engineering work influences metrics.
