AI Solutions Consultant

Location: On-site in Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $90,000–$160,000 base salary per year + uncapped commission and equity

What you will do

• Advise prospective customers on hirify.global’s platform and lead technical discussions with engineering leaders, CTOs, CIOs, and technical teams.
• Demonstrate the platform, run proofs-of-concept, and connect its capabilities to measurable business impact.
• Guide complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through contract close.
• Help customers integrate hirify.global into existing development environments and drive post-sale adoption and expansion.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, the CTO, and AI Engineering teams throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Translate customer feedback into product improvements and roadmap insights while optimizing the sales pipeline.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions consulting, solutions architecture, or technical leadership.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software development and modern engineering practices.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and microservices.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to engineers and executives.
• Experience with enterprise customers or complex technical environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Nice to have

• Experience as an Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, or Solutions Architect.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies or AI-driven products.
• Background in enterprise SaaS or developer tooling.
• Experience modernizing engineering workflows.
• Previous experience at Microsoft, Google, AWS, Salesforce, or an enterprise consultancy.
