Bulky Warehouse Manager

What you will do

• Manage receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations for bulky and irregularly shaped goods.
• Design warehouse layouts and material-handling procedures to optimize space, protect inventory, and reduce damage.
• Lead, train, and develop supervisors, forklift operators, and manual handlers while enforcing safety and productivity standards.
• Monitor receiving, storage, picking, and shipping KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with transportation, inventory, and customer service teams to streamline the bulky-goods supply chain.
• Oversee warehouse equipment maintenance, WMS usage, inventory audits, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive warehouse management experience, including at least 3 years managing bulky or large-item operations.
• Demonstrated success optimizing warehouse processes, improving efficiency, and reducing operating costs.
• Strong leadership, team management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control software.
• Proficiency in English required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Mandarin Chinese.
