Operations Manager

Location: CVG2 - Hebron, KY - 1405 Worldwide Blvd; onsite distribution center role

What you will do

• Manage daily fulfillment center operations across inbound flow, put away, outbound B2C and B2B, and returns.
• Lead and develop Area Managers, operations leads, and warehouse associates to achieve daily goals.
• Set and maintain operational KPIs covering warehouse location accuracy, dock-to-stock, outbound SLA, and personnel and order productivity.
• Own operational budgeting, payroll, scheduling, and staffing plans.
• Ensure operational success during new client launches and partner with engineering, quality, implementations, HR, safety, and customer service teams.
• Address operational and personnel issues while coaching managers, leads, and associates.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a high-volume direct-to-consumer environment at manager level or above.
• Experience leading at least 5 salaried employees and 60 non-exempt employees.
• Experience operating highly technical, automated operations and working with WMS configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience working in a facility of at least 200,000 square feet and contributing to operational startups or change-management projects.
• Advanced Excel skills, a bachelor's degree or relevant experience, and strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate material-handling equipment such as forklifts, lift up to 20 lbs., work in varying warehouse conditions, and work overtime, evenings, weekends, or other non-standard hours as needed.

Nice to have

• Bilingual Spanish and English communication skills.
• Google Suite proficiency.
• Degree in engineering, operations, supply chain/logistics, business administration, operations management, or a related field.
• Process-improvement experience with Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen.
