Production Supervisor (Drone Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Run daily production assembly-line operations, including startup, staffing, shift flow, line balancing, and work assignments.
• Manage output targets, takt time, material availability, and rapid resolution of line-down issues.
• Supervise, schedule, train, and coach assembly technicians while supporting hiring and onboarding.
• Enforce work instructions, build standards, PPE, ergonomics, and safe work practices.
• Track output, cycle time, scrap, rework, and first-pass yield; drive defect containment and corrective actions.
• Lead 5S, daily tier meetings, bottleneck reduction, and throughput improvements with manufacturing engineering.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or assembly operations.
• 1+ year supervising or leading production teams.
• Working knowledge of lean fundamentals, including takt time, 5S, and standard work.
• Comfort working with production data, output tracking, and basic metrics.
• Strong floor presence and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Electronics or electromechanical assembly experience.
• MES or ERP experience.
• Startup or high-growth manufacturing experience.
• Experience launching new production lines or scaling output.
