Director of Infrastructure Delivery (EV Charging)

Location: Applicants must be authorized to work and reside in the United States. Travel of up to 30% is required.

What you will do

• Lead infrastructure delivery from pre-construction and early-stage site design through commissioning and operational launch.
• Develop site concepts integrating EV charging equipment, electrical systems, utilities, transformers, switchgear, vehicle circulation, parking, civil constraints, and facility operations.
• Oversee a portfolio of concurrent, multi-site deployments, managing priorities, resources, risks, schedules, budgets, safety, quality, and operational objectives.
• Direct construction execution, permitting, zoning, procurement, contractor management, commissioning, and project turnover.
• Build scalable delivery processes, standards, governance, project controls, stage gates, reporting, and repeatable deployment playbooks.
• Lead and develop Infrastructure Delivery Managers while managing contractors, consultants, suppliers, and design-build partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical construction management, preferably in EV charging, retail fueling, renewables, data centers, or similar physical infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; an electrical engineering degree is preferred.
• Ability to review architectural and civil drawings, electrical diagrams, load requirements, single-line diagrams, equipment sizing, and utility interconnection strategies.
• Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale, multi-site infrastructure projects.
• Strong financial management skills, including budget creation, forecasting, change order management, and CapEx oversight.
• Mastery of project management and scheduling concepts, including Critical Path Method scheduling, plus strong executive communication and autonomous strategic leadership.
