Operations Program Manager (Hardware)

Salary: $150,000–$170,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own operations execution plans from late DVT through PVT, MP ramp, and sustaining production.
• Translate engineering milestones into manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and quality deliverables.
• Lead factory readiness, including line setup, capacity planning, pilot builds, tooling, test flows, packaging, OQC plans, and work instructions.
• Coordinate material readiness, long-lead items, supplier issues, inbound materials, outbound shipments, regional allocations, and delivery commitments.
• Drive field-quality execution, RMA triage, EFFA and Pareto analysis, containment, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions through 8D/CAPA.
• Own operational dashboards, RAID tracking, execution meetings, and concise updates to leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Operations Program Management, Manufacturing Program Management, or similar hardware-product roles.
• Direct experience supporting EVT, DVT, PVT, and MP transitions.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and quality workflows.
• Experience managing external partners and contract manufacturers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clarity in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Comfort working in a startup or early-scale environment.
