Client Success Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Tysons Corner, VA or South Jordan, UT, United States. Travel required 25–50% of the time based on mission requirements.

What you will do

• Own one or more government customer accounts from engagement through delivery, building trusted relationships with mission leads, end users, and program leadership.
• Translate ambiguous mission needs into sequenced plans, prioritizing what to build, defer, or stop.
• Drive execution by running delivery cadences, removing blockers, and maintaining customer commitments.
• Shape product requirements with customers, validate prototypes, and provide structured feedback to the platform team.
• Improve adoption by focusing on analyst and operator workflows, interfaces, and sources of friction.
• Identify expansion opportunities across adjacent missions, teams, and authorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in customer-facing strategy, program management, product management, solutions, or operator roles.
• Experience owning multi-stakeholder programs end-to-end and delivering measurable, defensible outcomes.
• Experience working with or inside government, defense, intelligence, or national-security organizations.
• Strong product, design, and project-management judgment, with a focus on users, workflows, and adoption.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for technical, non-technical, and senior government stakeholders.
• Active U.S. security clearance at the TS/SCI level or eligibility to obtain one is strongly preferred.
