Location: USA remote with up to 10–20% travel to client and customer locations

Salary: $108,000–$148,500 base pay annually, plus medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), PTO, and other benefits.

What you will do

  • Develop program-specific sourcing plans for new product introductions, retrofits, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Represent procurement in engineering and program-management activities throughout product development and launch.
  • Manage sourcing strategy, purchase-order execution, cost impacts, financial risks, and supply risks.
  • Partner with category buyers, commodity leaders, engineers, program managers, and suppliers on cost, schedule, quality, capacity, and pricing.
  • Drive adoption of approved and qualified suppliers while incorporating aftersales, spare-parts, serviceability, warranty, and total-lifecycle cost considerations.
  • Report procurement status to cross-functional and executive stakeholders and support the transition to steady-state Sourcing Operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or program/project management.
  • Experience supporting new product development with engineering and program-management teams, ideally in automation, robotics, or material handling.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategy, category management, and purchase-order execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
