Fleet Deployment Specialist (Autonomous Vehicles)

Location: Full-time, on-site in Miami, Florida; remote work is not available. Applicants must be authorized to work and reside in the United States.

What you will do

• Support autonomous vehicle launches, troubleshooting, software updates, and readiness checks.
• Arrange, maneuver, drive, and reposition vehicles on public and private roads as required.
• Set up chargers and complete plug-in and unplug cycles for fleet operations.
• Clean and sanitize vehicle interiors and exteriors, including biohazard removal, and maintain workstations.
• Complete daily reports, checklists, and operational documentation.
• Use proprietary software to monitor vehicle states, log tasks, communicate updates, and support shift efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record meeting state autonomous vehicle tester requirements, and satisfactory motor vehicle record.
• Authorization to work and reside in the United States.
• Ability to meet state and federal criminal background standards and complete required pre-employment drug screening.
• Comfort using modern technology systems, mobile applications, and digital communication platforms.
• Ability to stand, bend, walk, perform repetitive cleaning motions, lift up to 50 lbs, and work indoors and outdoors across all shifts and weather conditions.
