Operations Supervisor, Fleet (Autonomous Vehicles)

Location: Onsite five days per week in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada

What you will do

• Recruit, train, onboard, supervise, and coach autonomous vehicle operators.
• Enforce Transport Canada, provincial MTO/NSC, and internal safety requirements.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, inspections, registrations, and truck readiness.
• Plan daily routes and driver schedules while reducing overtime and improving efficiency.
• Support customer deliveries, resolve service issues, and provide hands-on operational support.
• Monitor KPIs and operational data to identify performance improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, or a related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of transportation or fleet operations experience focused on driver supervision.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian transportation regulations, including NSC and MTO, and safety protocols.
• Experience with route planning tools and fleet management systems.
• Valid Canadian commercial driver's license, Class 1, Class 3, or equivalent, with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate Class 3–6 vehicles, work flexible hours, and pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR checks.
