Operations Supervisor – Autonomous Mobility Operations

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year

hirify.global develops autonomous mobility services and is launching an autonomous shuttle deployment in Atlanta in partnership with Atlanta Beltline Inc.

What you will do

• Support daily autonomous shuttle operations, site performance, service delivery, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate vehicle operations, maintenance, safety, client success, and the readiness of vehicles, infrastructure, and operational systems.
• Train, schedule, supervise, coach, and manage the performance of shuttle attendants and other operational staff.
• Act as an onsite liaison with clients and local stakeholders, representing hirify.global in meetings, public engagement, and operational coordination.
• Monitor service reliability, safety, customer satisfaction, staffing, service logs, incidents, and maintenance records.
• Respond to incidents, complete reports, support technology updates and operational testing, and identify process improvements.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, 3–5 years of driving experience, and a clean driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in transportation, transit, mobility services, or related operations.
• Experience managing field teams, transit operations and maintenance, or autonomous vehicle programs.
• Proficiency with Jira, Fleetio, Tableau, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance standards including DOT, NHTSA, OSHA, and EPA, with availability for flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with autonomous vehicle technologies and smart mobility systems.
• Experience with budget management, financial planning, operational data analysis, and performance metric reporting.
