Operations Specialist (EV Automotive)

hirify.global is building an AI-native automotive retail platform focused initially on electric vehicles, serving buyers and sellers online and offline across the United States.

What you will do

• Manage vehicle queues, lot organization, staging, and space utilization across work-in-progress and finished-goods stages.
• Inspect vehicles, maintain sellable quality and charge levels, and identify units requiring reconditioning or escalation.
• Maintain key-to-unit accountability, conduct lot audits, and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound vehicle flow with carriers and shipping partners.
• Execute vehicle ingress and egress, document condition accurately, resolve discrepancies, and maintain compliant handoffs.
• Drive vehicles between lots, showrooms, third-party service providers, and charging locations.

Requirements

• Experience in vehicle logistics, fleet operations, auto reconditioning, or a related field.
• Valid driver's license with a clean and acceptable driving record.
• Comfort with lot operations software, inventory tools, or mobile tracking systems.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to identify condition issues, documentation gaps, and inventory discrepancies.
• Ability to work outdoors in variable weather and perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching for extended periods.
• Ability to safely operate vehicles and occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.

• Familiarity with EV charging infrastructure and vehicle readiness standards.
