Portfolio Management Systems (PMS) Sr. Subject Matter Expert - Implementations

Salary: $85,000.00–$120,000.00 per year

What you will do

• Design and implement trading and order workflows aligned with client investment strategies.
• Develop expertise in trade lifecycle functionality, including corporate actions, options, futures, and position transfers.
• Own trade allocation and commission setups.
• Analyze and decompose P&L across asset classes, identifying drivers and resolving discrepancies.
• Calculate and validate NMV, exposure, and monetized Greeks.
• Investigate PMS versus General Ledger discrepancies and support client implementations as a trusted point of contact.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with Portfolio Management Systems or middle-office/operations work at an asset manager, bank, or administrator.
• Strong understanding of trading workflows, P&L, and/or portfolio accounting.
• Analytical ability to solve complex problems across systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Strong communication skills and professional presence.

Nice to have

• Experience with accruals, complex instruments such as swaps, or tax-lot accounting.
