Associate Consultant - Integrated Portfolio Services

Location: Chicago, IL, United States

Salary: $61,500–$98,300 USD per year, plus a discretionary bonus program that may include equity.

What you will do

• Resolve client queries using established procedures, applying judgment and proposing effective solutions.
• Manage client relationships, prepare client reports, and explain the impact of investment decisions.
• Collaborate with upstream stakeholders to improve query resolution and service delivery.
• Identify process improvements and implement solutions with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Lead projects that improve team efficiency and productivity.
• Support, train, and oversee junior staff while helping prioritize work and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, finance, technology, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 3 years in investment banking or a related domain.
• Comprehensive understanding of processes, systems, tools, and concepts within investment banking.
• Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, problem-solving, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools; advanced Excel skills are preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
