Teamcenter NX Manager (PLM)

What you will do

• Lead the Teamcenter/NX team across engineering application support, administration, architecture, configuration, integrations, and production support.
• Own the health, scalability, performance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of the Siemens Teamcenter and NX ecosystem.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and IT to translate business needs into scalable PLM solutions.
• Standardize and improve engineering release, change management, BOM, CAD data, document control, and product data governance processes.
• Build the PLM operating model, including governance, documentation, support processes, roadmap planning, metrics, and team development.
• Drive digital thread integrations between PLM, ERP, MES, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and other enterprise systems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience administering, configuring, and supporting Siemens Teamcenter/NX or comparable enterprise PLM platforms.
• Experience leading, managing, or mentoring technical team members in PLM, CAD, or engineering systems.
• Strong knowledge of engineering release processes, ECN/ECO workflows, BOM management, CAD data management, document control, configuration management, and product lifecycle processes.
• Experience working with engineering organizations in complex hardware, aerospace, defense, automotive, robotics, industrial, or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across system, workflow, configuration, performance, integration, and user issues.
• Must comply with U.S. export control requirements, including eligibility as a U.S. person or for deemed export licensing.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing, upgrading, migrating, or significantly enhancing Teamcenter environments.
• Knowledge of PLM integrations with ERP, MES, CAD, manufacturing, quality, supplier collaboration, or data warehouse platforms.
• Experience improving digital thread connectivity across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, finance, and enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with CAD derivatives and outputs such as JT, PDF, STEP, and DXF, as well as downstream manufacturing data consumption.
• Experience building PLM governance, documentation, training materials, operational metrics, and scalable support processes.
