Manager Quality/PLM (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Lead the Quality Management System across the full Product Life Cycle for chips, modules, and boards.
• Design, implement, maintain, and enforce quality processes, document control, and ISO certification practices.
• Define and enforce the product life cycle from product inception through development, prototyping, qualification, high-volume manufacturing, and end of life.
• Manage product quality metrics including yields, DPPM, FIT rate, RMA, failure analysis, corrective actions, supplier evaluations, and quarterly business reviews.
• Represent corporate quality in interactions with suppliers and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline focused on advanced semiconductor technology.
• At least 10 years of semiconductor industry experience and 5 years of team management experience.
• Expert knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor technologies including CMOS and FinFET, device physics, and quality and reliability metrics.
• Experience with international cross-functional projects, resource management, and collaboration.
• Availability for 10–20% travel.
