Business Process Analyst (Logistics)

Location: Cedar Creek, Texas, United States

Salary: $80,800–$126,250 per year, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.

What you will do

• Design, document, implement, and maintain global and regional logistics processes.
• Lead or participate in process improvement projects, impact assessments, validation, and solution rollout.
• Review operations, standardize processes and tools, and recommend SAP and application enhancements.
• Develop SAP reports, web tools, KPI reporting, and performance metrics using tools such as Excel, Quick Sense, and Power BI.
• Support training curriculum, onboarding materials, standard operating procedures, work instructions, and SuccessFactors updates.
• Support SOX audits and ensure process controls and compliance documentation are maintained.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong SAP process knowledge, including transaction flows, testing, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Experience with process design, documentation, standard work, implementation, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to analyze logistics KPIs, including DEFOA, CRDD, OTP, productivity, quality, and inventory metrics.
• Strong reporting and data skills with Excel, SAP reports, Quick Sense, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Experience supporting training systems, SOX audits, process controls, compliance checks, and cross-functional project coordination.

Nice to have

• Experience in life sciences, diagnostics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or regulated logistics.
• SAP Super User experience.
• Experience with distribution, cold chain, international shipping, dangerous goods, or high-volume warehouse operations.
• Experience with MD50s, system enhancements, validation, or SAP change management.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills.
