Sr. Business Process Analyst

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams through the design, testing, and implementation of supply chain system and process changes.
• Develop and facilitate employee training on systems and processes, including support for power-user networks.
• Maintain training materials and update the training library as processes and systems evolve.
• Influence stakeholders across the organization to drive process adoption and provide performance coaching.
• Provide Tier 2 support for process and systems issues that cannot be resolved by power users.
• Investigate complex problems, identify root causes, and monitor process compliance through reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of equivalent experience in the assigned functional area.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain.
• 2+ years of SAP experience.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, charts, and graphs.
• Experience leading small and large training classes.
• Experience performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
