Head of PSA UK (Collectibles)

Location: London, United Kingdom; onsite in the office 4 days per week

hirify.global provides technology-enabled grading, authentication, vaulting, and sales services for collectibles, including trading cards, autographs, comic books, coins, video games, tickets, and memorabilia.

What you will do

• Lead and scale the London Receiving Center and oversee a team of 15+ employees across operations, customer intake, logistics, and support.
• Own site-level P&L, including budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Ensure efficient, scalable, compliant receiving, processing, and outbound workflows.
• Build a high-performance culture focused on quality, speed, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
• Hire, onboard, and develop talent while scaling the operation.
• Coordinate with UK, European, and US-based teams on standards, systems, growth initiatives, partnerships, risks, and mitigation plans.

Requirements

• Business leadership experience running and scaling a business, site, or business unit; ideally as a founder, owner, or general manager with 5+ years of experience.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and understanding of cost structures, margins, and operational leverage.
• Experience building processes, structuring teams, and scaling operations sustainably.
• Hands-on, pragmatic, execution-focused approach with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in international or cross-cultural environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom; fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Background in logistics, operations, e-commerce, marketplaces, collectibles, or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of the trading card or collectibles ecosystem.
