London Area Director (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Lead operating performance across an existing portfolio of London clinics and embed hirify.global’s operating model, standards, and member-first culture.
• Coach Clinic Leads, Lead Operators, and clinical leaders, building accountability, capability, and consistent execution.
• Ensure premium member experiences across clinics, using feedback, NPS insights, and frontline observations to improve service quality.
• Partner with Clinic Leads and the Quality team to maintain clinical quality, regulatory compliance, inspection readiness, documentation, and escalation protocols.
• Own regional operational KPIs, budgets, and full P&L accountability while developing workforce planning and staffing models.
• Contribute to network optimisation, market expansion, new clinic launches, and cross-functional collaboration with central teams.

Requirements

• Senior operational leadership experience as an Area Director, Regional Director, District Leader, General Manager, or equivalent.
• Experience in a premium, consumer-facing, multi-site environment such as healthcare-adjacent services, wellness, fitness, or technology-enabled physical operations.
• Proven success implementing established operating models, standards, and playbooks across multiple locations.
• Experience leading site-level leaders and translating standards into consistent day-to-day execution.
• Strong financial and operational acumen, including ownership of regional KPIs, budgets, and P&L performance.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead through ambiguity, growth, and organisational change.
