Annual base salary: $124,000–$171,000

What you will do

• Own the Kinetic Cloud ERP platform end to end, ensuring system stability, performance, reliability, and data integrity.
• Manage application operations, including user access, configurations, workflows, documentation, standards, and support processes.
• Lead issue resolution, root cause analysis, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Translate business needs from finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and other departments into functional application solutions.
• Lead process mapping, gap analysis, automation, functional specifications, test scripts, and UAT planning and execution.
• Manage and mentor a Technical Business Analyst while aligning functional and technical workstreams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience with ERP systems, preferably Epicor/Kinetic Cloud.
• Understanding of ERP integrations, data structures, and reporting tools.
• Experience managing applications used by finance, supply chain, and manufacturing teams.
• Strong functional Business Analyst experience in a dynamic or startup environment, including translating requirements into functional solutions.
• Experience managing or mentoring team members, with strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
