Senior NetSuite & Celigo Integration Developer (NetSuite/Celigo)

Location: Hybrid, 3–5 days per week based out of the Palo Alto office, United States

Salary: $140,000–$175,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and location

What you will do

• Develop and maintain NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, custom records and fields, saved searches, and SuiteBuilder.
• Configure ERP roles, forms, approval routing, and sandbox-to-production change management.
• Design, build, test, and maintain Celigo integrator.io flows connecting NetSuite with Shopify, 3PL/WMS, PLM, and procurement systems.
• Own integration mappings, lookups, hooks, scripting, transformations, error handling, alerting, and monitoring.
• Administer Coupa for indirect spend, including procurement workflows, approvals, supplier forms, configuration, and Coupa-to-NetSuite synchronization.
• Support purchasing, vendor bills, inventory receipts, AP, fulfillment, shipment tracking, invoicing, returns, RMAs, and inventory availability messaging.

Requirements

• Deep NetSuite development expertise with SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, saved searches, custom records and fields, and SuiteTalk/REST integrations.
• Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining production Celigo integrator.io flows.
• Experience as a Coupa administrator, including procurement configuration and Coupa-to-NetSuite integration.
• Working knowledge of Shopify Admin, order, product, and inventory data, and Shopify APIs.
• Functional fluency in procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes and their ERP and accounting data structures.
• Strong root-cause troubleshooting, documentation, independent execution, and judgment when deciding whether to build in NetSuite or extend elsewhere.

Nice to have

• Experience with MRP, demand and supply planning, and inventory allocation.
• Experience integrating 3PL/WMS platforms and onboarding multiple 3PLs and warehouses.
• Tax automation experience, including Avalara, multi-entity setups, international operations, and VAT.
• Experience with PLM systems, BOMs, routing/WIP, costing, contract manufacturing, e-commerce, hardware/manufacturing, or EDI.
