What you will do

• Create, index, and activate support community content in a specialized area.
• Partner with stakeholders and content strategists to develop learning-oriented content for a global audience.
• Ensure online content is relevant, findable, accurate, clear, and aligned with visitor needs.
• Support knowledge management objectives and adoption of internal knowledge systems.
• Coordinate with Product Quality and Training teams on product knowledge, known issues, and training courses.
• Enable phased language implementations, customer communications, and firmware and software product notifications through customer community groups.

Requirements

• Experience producing and managing online or support community content.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and content strategists.
• Ability to organize information for clarity, accuracy, and findability.
• Understanding of knowledge management systems and customer-facing communications.
• Ability to work with product quality, training, and technical content teams.
