Lead Content Creator

Base Salary: $85,000–$120,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Ideate and produce high volumes of content across social, streaming, AR, music, film, interactive, and other media platforms.
• Create content that builds meaningful consumer connections and drives strong attention metrics.
• Analyze real-time audience reactions to live social content and adapt creative output based on insights.
• Collaborate with creative, media, and cross-functional teams on rapid requests and tight timelines.
• Contribute ideas and design strategy during brainstorms, kickoffs, and team meetings.
• Mentor creators and, when needed, art directors and copywriters on ideation, execution, and best practices.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional creative experience.
• Demonstrated ability to create content across multiple media platforms.
• Experience with DSLR videography and photography.
• Experience with Final Cut or After Effects, Google Docs or Word, and Adobe Suite, Google Slides, or Canva.
• Ability to execute content from start to finish across design, video, editing, and writing.
• Self-starting, accountable, collaborative, and able to work effectively across teams.
