UX Content Strategist (AI)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; flexible working environment and hours are available wherever the candidate is based.

What you will do

• Produce and maintain accurate Knowledge Base articles that ground AI Agents, copilots, and other AI features.
• Update documentation after product releases using product, support, and customer feedback.
• Structure, tag, and organize content for human navigation, AI retrieval, and localization.
• Write UX microcopy for buttons, error messages, tooltips, and onboarding flows.
• Partner with product managers and designers to influence UX decisions through content.
• Lead go-to-market messaging for launches across the Knowledge Base, Pendo banners, email, and changelogs.

Requirements

• Regular use of AI tools as a core part of the content workflow.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to make complex topics simple.
• Holistic understanding of user journeys across products and documentation.
• Technical curiosity and the ability to represent product functionality accurately.
• Strong attention to accuracy, structure, and content quality.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, agile, collaborative environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in UX writing, content design, or technical writing.
• Familiarity with structured content for Knowledge Bases and UI flows.
• Exposure to Figma, Crowdin, or Pendo.
• Understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and information hierarchy.
