Product Content Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Remote; the position is also listed for Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

hirify.global Group is a fintech company building personal finance solutions across four markets and serving more than 10 million monthly users.

What you will do

• Manage product, offer, and campaign configurations in Strapi for the hirify.global market.
• Structure and map content to frontend components, validating CTA behavior, labels, and product attributes.
• Audit content for outdated, incorrect, or misconfigured information and support CMS migrations and content model updates.
• Set up reward forms, offers, eligibility criteria, promotional messaging, and transactional communication flows.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Campaigns, Commercial, Analytics, and Business Analysis teams on content requirements, technical issues, click tracking, and attribution.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of writing experience.
• Fluency in Traditional Chinese for reading, writing, and speaking is required.
• Strong English proficiency is required for cross-functional collaboration and writing.
• Hands-on experience with content management systems such as WordPress, HubSpot, ContentStack, or Strapi; Strapi experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, verbal communication, prioritization, and task management skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Interest in personal finance and familiarity with financial products in the hirify.global market.
• Knowledge of UI/UX writing.
• Experience with content QA or CMS migrations.
• Familiarity with Google Optimize.
