What you will do

• Research, analyze, and interpret technical data to produce accurate documentation for Ethernet products.
• Create user guides, application notes, manuals, and promotional materials for product launches.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to gather and validate technical content.
• Simplify intricate technical concepts into user-friendly content tailored for diverse audiences.
• Manage documentation project lifecycles, prioritizing tasks based on business goals and release cycles.
• Maintain quality standards for graphics, layout, and terminology through thorough reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technical writing, communications, or a hardware/software domain.
• 0-1+ years of experience in technical writing (or 0 years with a Master's degree).
• Proficiency in technical writing tools and content management lifecycle processes.
• Strong understanding of information architecture and documentation standards.
• Must be based in or able to work in Penang, Malaysia.

Nice to have

• Experience working within hardware and software engineering environments.
• Familiarity with product and requirement definition processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively across different regions, cultures, and time zones.
