Senior Content Creator

Salary: $65,000–$85,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Ideate and create high volumes of content across social, streaming, AR, music, film, interactive, and other media platforms.
• Develop content that builds strong consumer connections and drives engagement.
• Analyze real-time audience reactions to live social content and adapt creative based on insights.
• Collaborate with creative, cross-functional, and agency teams on rapid requests and tight deadlines.
• Contribute ideas and design strategy during brainstorms, kickoffs, and team meetings.
• Mentor creators, creator residents, art directors, and copywriters on ideation, execution, and best practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional creative experience.
• Demonstrated ability to create content from start to finish across multiple media formats.
• Videography and photography experience with DSLR equipment.
• Editing experience with Final Cut and After Effects.
• Writing experience with Google Docs or Word.
• Experience with Adobe Suite, Google Slides, or Canva, plus strong collaboration and initiative.
