Sr. Manager, Human Resources (HRBP)

Location: Onsite in San Jose, California, USA, with flexibility to travel domestically

Annual salary: $185,000–$210,000 USD in California

What you will do

• Advise executive and operational leaders on workforce strategy, organizational design, restructuring, and change management.
• Translate business objectives into HR initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness and employee performance.
• Lead talent management, recruitment strategy, workforce planning, and high-potential employee development.
• Guide complex employee relations matters, investigations, performance management, conflict resolution, and manager coaching.
• Support compensation, benefits, employment-law compliance, HR policies, and risk mitigation in partnership with Total Rewards and HR Centers of Excellence.
• Use Power BI, workforce data, and HR metrics to prepare insights and recommendations for executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant HR Business Partner leadership experience.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment and partnering directly with senior executives and business leaders.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change, influence decisions, and manage stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.
• Excellent communication, coaching, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or an equivalent professional certification.
• Experience supporting multi-site, national, or global organizations.
• Experience leading HR teams and managing complex organizational transformations.
