Senior Staff HR Business Partner

Location: Waltham, Massachusetts, United States; candidates must be eligible to work in the United States

Salary: $138,000–$168,000 annually

What you will do

• Develop and execute people strategies with senior leaders across corporate and customer-facing functions.
• Advise on organizational effectiveness, team design, leadership capability, talent strategy, and workforce planning.
• Support restructures, leadership transitions, growth initiatives, and related change management and communications.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Advise on complex employee relations matters, lead investigations, and manage confidential cases.
• Use talent, engagement, turnover, organizational health, and workforce data to guide decisions and improve HR programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant HR Business Partner experience.
• Experience supporting functions such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, Professional Services, Customer Success, or Service.
• Strong employee relations expertise, including investigations and complex workplace issue resolution.
• Experience with organizational design, change management, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Strong consulting, coaching, influencing, stakeholder management, business acumen, and people analytics skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent HR certification.
• Experience supporting global teams and distributed workforces.
• Experience with sales compensation, variable pay, commission plans, and incentive design.
• Experience in high-growth technology, robotics, engineering, software, or customer-facing service organizations.
