Salary: $154,000–$212,000 per year

What you will do

• Shape HR strategies and priorities for multiple business units and corporate functions, aligning people initiatives with business goals and culture.
• Conduct organizational and talent assessments and develop talent pipelines, workforce capability, succession, and development strategies.
• Design and implement change management, communications, and employee engagement strategies.
• Partner with, coach, and develop executive leaders and managers on career development, performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary actions.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and HR Operations to deliver HR initiatives while balancing enterprise, business-unit, and local requirements.
• Use Workforce Dashboard, Workday, and other systems for analytics; participate in M&A diligence and integration activities as needed.

Requirements

• In-depth expertise in the HR discipline and broad knowledge of related functional areas.
• Ability to anticipate business and regulatory issues and recommend process or service improvements.
• Experience leading projects with significant risk and complexity and developing execution strategies.
• Ability to solve unique, complex problems with broad business impact through conceptual and innovative thinking.
• Strong communication, influence, and persuasion skills, including engagement with senior leaders.
• Ability to work in or relocate to Santa Clara, California is not supplemented by relocation support; relocation is not eligible.
