Senior HR Business Partner

Location: McCarran, Nevada, United States; primarily office or hybrid with three or more days onsite based on business needs

What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with organizational objectives, operational priorities, and growth plans.
• Advise leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, talent, performance, and leadership effectiveness.
• Develop creative, practical, and scalable HR solutions for a dynamic, technically complex environment.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on complex employee relations matters and sensitive workforce issues.
• Coach managers on people situations, consistent HR practices, and development of high-performing teams.
• Represent HR perspectives in cross-functional and senior-level discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including advanced HR Business Partner roles in complex organizations.
• Deep expertise in HR principles, employment practices, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Ability to evaluate complex situations, synthesize data, and exercise sound judgment across competing priorities.
• Strong communication, persuasion, independence, accountability, discretion, and resilience in sensitive matters.
• Ability to work primarily in an office or hybrid environment with three or more days onsite based on business needs.
