Operations Manager (Hospitality)

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations across Front of House, Back of House, and administrative functions.
• Manage, motivate, develop, and hold accountable managers, supervisors, and individual contributors.
• Maintain service, safety, compliance, operational, and financial standards across the property.
• Own training, hiring support, retention, engagement, succession planning, and performance initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Revenue, Marketing, Area Leadership, and non-property teams to improve occupancy, pricing, revenue, and NOI.
• Provide hands-on leadership and resolve issues requiring escalation or specialized expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, communications, hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in retail, food and beverage, hospitality, multifamily, or a similar customer-service-focused environment.
• At least 1 year of successful multi-department leadership experience.
• Experience with employee relations, retention, engagement, succession planning, performance management, or professional development.
• Experience scheduling, training, and developing non-exempt employees while maintaining service standards.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and be at least 18 years old. The role requires extended periods on your feet and the ability to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
