Salary: $90,000–$101,000 per year

What you will do

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for an assigned occupied high-rise community and act as the primary liaison for the board, residents, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Manage life-safety systems, emergency preparedness, fire drills, inspections, certifications, and coordinated emergency response.
  • Direct 24/7 onsite operations across front desk, security, valet, and engineering teams.
  • Oversee elevator contracts, mechanical plant and amenity operations, move-ins, move-outs, renovations, and resident-facing services.
  • Lead capital projects, vendor procurement, scopes of work, contract negotiations, and service-quality monitoring.
  • Prepare budgets, review financial statements, analyze variances and collections, and support board meetings and recommendations.

Requirements

  • At least five years of progressively responsible community association or property-management experience, including onsite high-rise operations.
  • Experience with high-rise building systems, life-safety compliance, emergency response, elevator operations, capital projects, staff leadership, and vendor management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred.
  • Current Florida Community Association Manager license where required for the assigned portfolio.
  • Valid Florida driver’s license and proficiency with Microsoft Office and property-management systems.
  • Ability to interpret technical procedures, leases, regulations, governing documents, and respond promptly to emergencies.
  • Nice to have

    • College degree.
    • Bilingual English/Spanish skills for locations where applicable.
