Project Management Assistant (Photonic Computing)

What you will do

• Support the Product Owner and Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and tracking complex photonic computing projects.
• Maintain project schedules, technical records, action items, status reports, and other documentation.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stand-ups while tracking clear deliverables.
• Track project backlogs, technical dependencies, and milestones for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Prepare project dashboards, presentations, and management reports that translate technical progress into structured updates.
• Apply project templates and Agile workflows, including Scrum and Kanban, and improve reporting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Physics, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience supporting project teams, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project.
• Understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong self-organization, solution-oriented thinking, and the ability to remain effective under tight deadlines.
• Fluent English is required; German proficiency is an advantage.
