Chief of Staff - Core Platforms

What you will do

• Coordinate information flow and alignment across the Core Platforms domain and its stakeholders.
• Lead strategic and operational projects from concept through delivery, ensuring measurable outcomes.
• Prepare reports and presentations for C-level stakeholders and internal platform meetings.
• Support the VP Platform Engineering and engineering leads with planning, documentation, administration, and event coordination.
• Contribute to hiring, onboarding, workshops, and team culture across the platform organization.
• Track AI adoption across platform teams and remove obstacles to the AI-first engineering transition.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a startup or demanding project management environment.
• Structured, data-driven approach with the ability to turn information into actionable strategies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
• Experience with Google Workspace, SQL, Python, BI tools such as Looker, and AI productivity tools.
• Fluent English required.
