What you will do
- Plan, coordinate, and execute deployments of autonomous building technology across partner buildings and portfolio sites.
- Oversee building-controls integration and coordinate on-site execution with construction managers and installation contractors.
- Support sales applications, project take-offs, engineering, and implementation planning with end users, VARs, MSIs, and partners.
- Manage project timelines, site activities, and implementation phases while resolving technical and operational issues.
- Share deployment feedback with internal teams and leadership to improve product performance and deployment strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in commissioning, technology deployments, EU construction project management, buildings, commercial real estate, HVAC, automation, robotics, mechatronics, or related fields.
- Advanced knowledge of building control systems.
- Experience providing technical sales support and assisting partners or clients with project planning, engineering, and execution.
- Strong project coordination, troubleshooting, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Knowledge of construction workflows, installation processes, and industry best practices.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment and traveling for deployments across Europe.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI-driven control platforms, smart building technology, automation standards, or IoT-based solutions.
- Understanding of energy-efficient construction and sustainability initiatives.
