Autonomous Buildings Project Manager (AI)

Location: Netherlands or Germany-based; projects and deployments across the EU.

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute deployments of autonomous building systems across partner buildings and portfolio sites.
• Oversee building controls integration, on-site project execution, and alignment with design specifications.
• Coordinate with end-users, VARs, MSIs, installation contractors, construction managers, and corporate partners.
• Support project take-off, engineering, and sales application processes.
• Manage timelines and site activities while proactively resolving technical and operational challenges.
• Provide project feedback to internal leadership to improve product performance and deployment strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commissioning, technology deployments, EU construction project management, buildings, commercial real estate, HVAC, automation, robotics, mechatronics, or related fields.
• Advanced knowledge of building controls systems.
• Experience supporting partners and clients with project planning, engineering, and execution.
• Strong technical project coordination, troubleshooting, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience coordinating contractors and working across technical and external-partner teams.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment and travelling for deployments.

• Familiarity with AI-driven control platforms, smart building technologies, automation standards, or IoT solutions.
• Knowledge of construction workflows, installation processes, and industry best practices.
• Understanding of energy-efficient construction and sustainability initiatives.
