What you will do

• Support the development and production of metrology processes for advanced semiconductor technologies.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments to optimize process performance, yield, and reliability.
• Develop and maintain metrology recipes and models for accurate measurement and process control.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues with engineering, integration, manufacturing, and equipment supplier teams.
• Monitor and improve process stability using SPC, CPK analysis, and data-driven methods.
• Participate in tool setup, qualification, matching, and continuous improvement initiatives focused on yield, cost, and throughput.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Solid State Physics, Chemical Engineering, a related physical science, or data science discipline.
• Understanding of Statistical Process Control and/or Design of Experiments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, data interpretation, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Graduation in 2027, minimum 3.0 GPA, and good academic standing required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Travel requirement: 0%.

Nice to have

• Internship or co-op experience in semiconductor or manufacturing environments.
• Experience with AFM tools and processes.
• Understanding of high-volume semiconductor manufacturing.
• Exposure to FEOL/BEOL integration concepts.
