Integrations Engineer (AI): Building and operating integrations across AI clients, agent frameworks, and MCP servers with an accent on OAuth 2.1, governance, observability, and connector reliability. Focus on designing the OAuth broker, maintaining 50+ third-party MCP connectors, and debugging production issues across complex authentication and agent session lifecycles.
Location: Hybrid in NYC or remote within US time zones

What you will do
- Own the full lifecycle of integrations across AI clients, agent frameworks, and MCP servers, from design and implementation through launch, monitoring, and debugging.
- Integrate major AI clients and agent ecosystems, including Claude, Cursor, Codex, Copilot, Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK, LangGraph, and Google ADK.
- Implement authentication, policy enforcement, hooks, session extraction, agent identity, governance, and attribution of MCP calls.
- Maintain the reliability of 50+ third-party MCP connectors, including smoke testing, migration guidance, monitoring, and incident response.
- Build the TypeScript/Express OAuth broker for OAuth 2.1 flows and tooling for scaffolding, validating, and publishing integrations.
- Work with product, partnerships, and customers to shape the integrations function.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building integrations, SDKs, or developer-platform connectors.
- Expert-level OAuth 2.1 experience, including authorization servers, token brokers, or complex multi-provider flows.
- Hands-on experience with MCP servers or agent frameworks, including transports, tool schemas, and session lifecycles.
- Strong TypeScript and Python skills.
- Experience building integration test suites against authenticated third-party APIs.
- Production ownership, reliability engineering, third-party integration catalogs, versioning, deprecation, and migration experience.
Nice to have
- Contributions to the MCP specification or an agent framework.
- Experience running or scaling a partner or integrations engineering function.
- Familiarity with enterprise identity systems such as SSO and SCIM, plus policy enforcement.
