AI Enablement Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Establish a safe, standardized operating model for Claude Enterprise and hirify.global’s AI Operating System.
• Build reusable AI workflows, shared skills, templates, and agent specifications.
• Develop AI literacy programs, office hours, and internal champions with the People team.
• Partner with Sales, Delivery, Finance, People, and Engineering to build solutions around their workflows.
• Own MCP integrations, shared agents, agent identity management, and connections to commercial tools.
• Build cost visibility, consolidate redundant tools, identify shadow AI, and optimize spend through prompt caching, model routing, and agent design.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Systems Engineer, Solutions Engineer, IT Engineer, or similar role at a SaaS or cloud-native company.
• Experience deploying and optimizing AI tools at company scale, including consulting-style discovery, scoping, sequencing, and expectation management.
• Technical experience with scripting and integrations in Python, TypeScript, or shell.
• Knowledge of SDLC fundamentals, MCP, agent frameworks, secure authentication, retrieval, and enterprise SaaS API integrations.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate workflow problems into trusted working agents and explain technical sequencing to leadership.
• A multiplier mindset focused on creating safe, reusable solutions that teams can operate independently.
