Senior AI Agent Engineer

Location: Boston or San Francisco (Berkeley), hybrid role with 2 days per week in-office

Salary: $120,000–$210,000 annual base salary, excluding benefits and equity.

What you will do

• Collaborate with sales to understand customer requirements and design tailored AI-driven solutions.
• Provide technical expertise during post-sales engagements, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer consultations.
• Assess customer systems and workflows to identify integration points for AI solutions.
• Develop customized product configurations and prototypes to demonstrate solution value.
• Support implementation through technical guidance, troubleshooting, and systems integration.
• Communicate customer feedback to product development and maintain integration guides, FAQs, and best practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in solutions engineering or technical consulting, preferably in AI or technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Python, Java, or similar programming languages.
• Experience with APIs, data integration, cloud platforms, software development, and system integration.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer engagements and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and data analytics in enterprise environments.
• Experience in insurance technology or financial services.
