Senior Design Engineer, PSA (React/Svelte)

Location: US Remote - California

Salary: $150,000–$220,000 per year, with potential eligibility for bonuses, commissions, or other compensation.

What you will do

• Ship polished production web experiences across marketplace, fintech, submissions, account management, and collector tools.
• Collaborate closely with Design, Product, Engineering, and Research.
• Build prototypes to test concepts internally and with external users.
• Establish, evolve, and maintain design foundations, systems, and interaction patterns.
• Mentor feature engineers on design best practices and help resolve complex interactions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with React and Svelte.
• Strong understanding of product design principles, including layout, spacing, typography, and color.
• Experience working closely with design and product teams.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems across teams.
• Ability to simplify complex problems into clear design solutions.
• Ability to work legally in the United States is required; employment eligibility is validated through E-Verify.
