Supervisor, Production Operations

Location: Columbus, Georgia, United States; onsite. Shift: Wednesday–Friday and every other Tuesday, 5:45 pm–6:00 am.

What you will do

• Lead daily production operations and ensure service levels, quality standards, and business objectives are achieved.
• Coach, develop, schedule, and manage the performance of operations and support professionals.
• Monitor workflows, resolve operational issues, and support client and business needs.
• Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Typically at least 4 years of relevant operations or production experience.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience leading teams in a high-volume production, print, manufacturing, or operations environment.
• Experience with process improvement and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of workforce planning, scheduling, and operational reporting.
