Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager (AI)

hirify.global is building a distributed AI infrastructure and end-to-end platform for deploying large-scale AI models on consumer hardware while keeping enterprise data and intellectual property private.

What you will do

• Own messaging and positioning strategy across commercial audiences and define the company’s category narrative.
• Partner with Sales and Business Development to create content and narratives that accelerate pipeline and deal velocity.
• Work with Product and Engineering to understand the platform, influence roadmap direction, and shape technical product narratives.
• Translate on-device inference, model performance, privacy, and security concepts for technical and non-technical buyers.
• Design customer-specific product demos and develop pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, solution briefs, and FAQs.
• Lead product launches from positioning and narrative through field enablement and readiness, while mentoring colleagues and raising product marketing standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product marketing experience with a strong technical orientation.
• Experience at a startup or fast-growing private or public technology company.
• Demonstrated ownership of messaging and positioning adopted by Sales and Business Development teams.
• Ability to explain AI and machine learning concepts clearly to varied audiences.
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams and influencing peers, leaders, and roadmaps without formal authority.
• Bachelor’s degree minimum.

Nice to have

• Developer marketing experience or experience working with AI/ML practitioners.
• Familiarity with on-device, edge, or distributed AI and running large models on local or consumer hardware.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, AI model deployment, vector search, cloud computing, or databases.
• Experience launching technical products and building or scripting product demos.
