Project Engineer (MRO)

Location: USA - OH - West Chester

Salary: $60,000–$97,500 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate schedules and deliverables between project, construction, and MRO teams.
• Develop spare-parts and maintenance-strategy work packages and maintain accurate inventory data in CMMS.
• Create and manage CMMS records, including bills of materials, task lists, maintenance plans, equipment, and functional locations.
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, qualification, and maintenance readiness.
• Collaborate with Reliability Engineers on failure modes, maintenance frequencies, and reliability improvements.
• Coordinate asset lifecycle activities, track KPIs, and support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Experience facilitating meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related discipline preferred.
• Experience with CMMS, capital project coordination, or regulated/cGMP environments preferred.
• Sponsorship or support for work authorization, including visas, is not available.
