What you will do

• Lead maintenance planning and scheduling to ensure critical equipment reliability aligned with plant priorities and budgets.
• Manage compliance with local legal requirements, permits, and safety/environmental policies.
• Own the accuracy of SAP data, including material lists, work orders, and task plans.
• Coordinate resource availability (parts, materials, labor) to improve backlog health and execution readiness.
• Lead shutdown and outage planning to minimize downtime and ensure reliable vertical start-ups.
• Apply reliability-centered maintenance and root cause analysis to reduce repeat failures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and outage management.
• 3+ years of experience applying reliability-centered maintenance methodologies.
• Strong technical aptitude and proven root cause analysis capability.
• Experience with SAP or similar CMMS platforms.
