Clinical Project Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Munich, Germany; on-site. Occasional travel to customer sites is required.

What you will do

• Manage customer projects through the complete software implementation lifecycle, from initial planning to final handover.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, hospitals, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and customer success.
• Collect and document requirements, manage deliverables and timelines, and identify and mitigate project risks.
• Improve internal project processes and tools while contributing to the growth of the project team.
• Visualize and present customer KPIs to communicate delivered value and create success stories.

Requirements

• Completed degree in health sciences or medicine.
• Relevant project management experience, ideally with complex B2B healthcare software solutions or healthcare consulting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Solution-oriented, independent, and structured working style.
• Fluent German and English skills are required.
